The Department of Bioengineering is made up of a consolidated and multidisciplinary team of professors and researchers from the areas of knowledge of Tissular Engineering and Regenerative Medicine and Biomedical Imaging and Instrumentation. Its mission is the organization and development of research and teaching of its areas of knowledge at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. The department has a long history of teaching and research activity, recognition and proven experience at national and international level in R&D projects, training and consulting in the field of Bioengineering Engineering.
The Department of Bioengineering is located at the , on the Leganés campus of the Carlos III University of Madrid where it counts with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.
