Yufe Academy
La finalidad de las charlas YUFE Academy es promover los valores YUFE y el conocimiento científico. Por ello, están abiertas a todo el estudiantado y a la ciudadanía no relacionada con el mundo académico de manera habitual.
Giran en torno a cuatro ámbitos:
- Identidad Europea y responsabilidades en un mundo global
- Bienestar de los ciudadanos
- Sociedades digitales
- Sostenibilidad
Las charlas se imparten en distintos idiomas y pueden ser presenciales, online o híbridos. Están organizadas al final y al inicio de cada curso académico: en los meses de mayo/junio y septiembre/octubre.

The advancement of digital information and communication technologies has directly impacted several sectors of society, including the language used by people and specific groups.
In this context, memes play a role in the society: they represent trends, values 鈥嬧�媋nd identities of specific communities. These digital artefacts have the characteristics of satire, humour, agility, ease of sharing, and impermanence. This presentation will highlight the importance of meme preservation by exploring their history, evolution, and cultural significance.

Misinformation is widely recognized as a significant threat to democratic politics, particularly because social media provides a fertile environment for its large-scale dissemination.
What are the various strategies developed to curb its dissemination? Based on the research carried for the past decade, what do we really know about their relative efficiency in the short and long term, across different contexts?
What do recent changes in world politics mean for anti-misinformation efforts?
